Lamb Ribs

The lamb rib chops made available at Bayader Al Khair are skilfully chopped from the rack of the goat and are chiselled to one rib bone per chop. Our professional butchers then cut the meat away from the end of the rib bone to create a 'frenched' appearance (a portion of the bone is visible). These mutton rib chops collection would make your weekdays, weekends, normal days, and festivities extra special. The lamb rib chops are tender, flavourful, and should be consumed within three days.
